Okay so im making an anti-i diet rich in sugars think I'm screwed ...? Im stopping my intake of sugar and I ' ve read the best way to do it, c ' is cold turkey and I did it ' s few days ago but I ' Today I ' hui had a very bad as heroin / Lindsay Lohan-to-female urge for sugar ' if I have drunk a nude juice. Is it as bad as if I had ' dranken a coke because it has as much sugar? I thought that I ' were good and ive been doing great and d ' avoid cookies, sodas and candy. Am I still ok??
